Paypal Payments
We accept major credit cards payment through Paypal's secure payment processing system service. Paypal ensures transaction security and integrity, so you can be assured of a secure and seamless checkout process.
Michiruu.com do not have access to your credit card information. 
Bank Transfer Payments
Payment can be transferred directly to our Singapore bank accounts.
( Internet Banking / ATM )
DBS/POSB and OCBC only.
Our bank accounts information will be available for your reference upon checkout.
Contact us after you have made payment, quoting the amount paid, the bank account paid to, and the transaction reference number.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Process
Once we have received your order and payment, the order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Do note that processing may take longer during peak, festive or sale periods.
We will send you an e-mail once your order has been shipped.
For international orders (which are sent by registered airmail) and local registered orders, we will also include your tracking reference number.
Shipping to a Different Address
You may place an order to be shipped to another address (other than your billing address) or to another recipient. Please enter the details during checkout.

Michiruu.com ships our products via Singapore Post.
1. Local Standard Mail ( SGD 2.00)
FREE Local Standard Shipping for orders more than SGD 15.00
Customers have to assume liability for all risks for items sent out by unregistered mail option.
2. Local Registered mail (SGD 3.00) Recommended
International Orders
All products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) will be mailed via registered mail. Additional customs and taxes may be charged by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment. Packages refused due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by your country's postal system and will not be returned to us. You will receive no refund for these refused packages.

Base Rate RM6.00 ( up to 4 items )
Additional RM1.00 per additional item.
Other Countries
Base Rate US$6 ( up to 4 Items )
Additional US$0.50 for every additional item.
Asian countries enjoy further shipping discounts.
