Michiruu.com is a online retail shop. Most of our products are available online.


Is there a minimum purchase per order online?

NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED. Our hair accessories are offered to our customers at a low price and we charge only SGD 2.00 for Shipping, handling and packaging fees. However, Shipping via standard mail in Singapore for orders more than SGD 15.00 is FREE !    


Do I need to register to be able to make a purchase in Michiruu?

No, you do not need to be a member to make a purchase. Just checkout as Guest will do !

However, in order to provide all our customers with the best customer service, online shopping experience and easy checkout process, we strongly recommend all potential customers to sign-up as a member before proceeding to checkout. There is no need to worry about the privacy of your details as all information we receive will be held in the highest confidence.


There isn't any "Add to cart" buttons beside the products. How do i add them to my shopping cart?

You need to click on the "Details" button or the picture of the item. "Add to cart" button will be available, together with more pictures of the item.   



Why is the available quantity of your products in the shopping cart so limited?

Our products are carefully selected  and we do not hold a large quantity. Once the products are purchased, our system automatically updates the quantity.

So, hurry to avoid disappointment ! However, if you wish to order a particular item in bulk, please contact us.  


Is my personal information shared?

Michiruu.com  does not share, sell, rent or lease any personal and confidential data obtained through our website to other companies, nor will we sell or otherwise share any of your personal information with any third party without your permission or as may be required by law. We take every precaution to protect our users' information.

Where does the merchandise come from?

In most cases, we purchase our stocks directly from various countries such as Taiwan, Korea, and China. Our products are purchased from reputable resellers and authorized vendors and are guaranteed brand new and of good quality.


Do you ship worldwide ?

Yes. Besides Singapore and Malaysia, Michiruu.com provides shipping worldwide. Please refer to Payment and Shipping for more information.    


How long will it take to receive my item(s) after payment is cleared?

Depending on the shipping address, items will reach customers within 3 working days for Sinapore and approximately 14 working days for international orders. 

Michiruu.com strives to ensure all our customers receive their items soonest possible and in best their condition.


What are the payment options available?

Michiruu.com currently accepts payment through PayPal and Singapore bank transfer. Customers can choose to make payments with their credit cards through the Paypal's platform.
